These terms govern your use of the DS Smart Travel website. By browsing it or sending a request through the form, you agree to what is described here.

What we do

DS Smart Travel arranges and brokers travel: we talk about what matters to you, research the options, explain the differences clearly and support you through booking. We are not an airline, hotel, car hire company or insurer — travel services are provided by the respective suppliers, under their own terms.

The site does not make bookings

No booking is completed and no payment is processed on this website. The form is there for you to tell us what you need; from it we begin assisting you. Any booking happens afterwards, in direct conversation, with your explicit confirmation.

Prices and availability

Prices, fares, seats and travel conditions belong to the suppliers and may change or sell out at any point until a booking is confirmed. Any figure mentioned while we are assisting you is indicative until confirmation.

Information you give us

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us, particularly names, dates and documents required for travel. Incorrect details can prevent tickets being issued or lead to change fees charged by suppliers.

It is your responsibility to check passport, visa, health and entry requirements for your destination. We advise where we can, but the final check and decision are yours.

Financial protection

Site content

Text, images, branding and visual identity on this site belong to DS Smart Travel or are used with permission. You are free to browse and share links, but not to reproduce the content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of liability

We are responsible for the quality of our own arranging and brokering service. We are not responsible for failures, cancellations, delays or changes by travel suppliers, nor for events outside our control. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law gives you as a consumer.

Site availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but it may be unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons without notice.

Applicable law

We serve clients in Brazil and in the United Kingdom. The law of the client's country of residence applies, and personal data matters follow the LGPD or the UK GDPR, as applicable.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The version published on this page is always the one in force.
